تكنولوجيا المعلومات الوطني هو الجهة المسؤولة عن
بناء وإدارة هذا النظام وصيانته، وتسهيل
عملية الوصول إلى المعلومات من خلال
ربط المؤسسات الوطنية بشبكة معلومات، وتوفير أدوات البحث ونقاط الإتصال.
